Most frequently asked questions are already answered in the FAQ section below. Health related questions such as will this product cure / treat or prevent a medical or physiological condition cannot be answered legally by retailers due to current regulations and no such claims are made.

Returns.
As all products are consumable, therfore returns are not accepted, as per UK law. Even if un-opened they cannot be re-sold, hence returns are not accepted. If you are unsure if a product is right for you or not, it is best to only order one bottle.

Telephone number: PoweroftheHerb is a small online only business run by myself, that re-sells products owned by World A.B.S. All products are manufactured by XTR Nutrition on behalf of World A.B.S. All questions regarding the product I can think anyone would ask and can be answered, have already been answered on the site or on the World A.B.S site.
I do not give out a phone number as it could be ringing at all hours due to the different locations and time zones of customers, and hiring telephone staff would add more costs. Instead, I use email and aim to repsond within 24 hrs on weekdays.

Order cancellation or mistakes.
If you made a mistake or wish to cancel an order, simply send an email with the cancellation request or alteration, since all emails are checked before orders are processed for shipping.
If your order has already been shipped and cannot be reversed, you can simply refuse the delivery and it will be returned free of charge, and you will be refunded upon it's return. You can also request a return or exchange if the package was not opened.

How are you able to offer prices lower than the direct or MSRP price?
PoweroftheHerb is proud to be a verified re-seller for World A.B.S and is able to offer prices lower than the MSRP thanks to wholesale savings, a large percentage of which is passed on to the customer. Of course less profit per bottle is made by doing this, but also more sales are gained, which helps spread the word faster, gives you a much better price and also gives World A.B.S more frequent wholesale orders. Everyone is a winner!
Also POTH is online only and uses 3rd party storage and fulfillment services, so no expensive office or storage facilities / staff are needed. This is another way that we can offer such competitive prices.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, which can take up to 4 working days, a tracking number will be emailed to you and added to paypal if you used paypal. You can view it within paypal by clicking on your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not see an email containing a tracking number and make sure poweroftheherb@gmail.com is set to safe.
Items shipped via Royal mail often also work on local postage sites such as USPS.
My USPS package is not moving and still says in the depot/in transit, can you help?
If delayed USPS tracking will often show as in transit or on the way to the next facility, but will not update. This often means that it is waiting to be scanned in at the depot it resides in but has not yet been scanned due to a backlog of mail in some states caused by the pandemic. This is quite rare nowadays but happened a lot in 2020 and 2021.
I missed my delivery, what do I do?
For UK orders go to Royal Mail's site, enter your tracking number, and re-arrange delivery or collection.
For DHL you can manage your delivery HERE.
If you live outside the UK and you chose Airmail, you will find a link on Royal Mail's site tracking page that will take you to the delivery partners site, where you can arrange re-delivery or collection. In most cases the delivery partner is your local postal service such as USPS.
The security seal on a bottle has been opened, tampered with, what do I do?
All seals are checked before the order is sent. If customs stop your order they will often break the seal to check the contents, and may remove a few capsules for testing also. Sadly, there is nothing we or any other seller can do to prevent that, therefore no refunds are given if this happens, but the contents should still be safe to use as customs will obviously not tamper with or harm the remaining capsules.
Is the extract in TKA 1:200 produced by Sumatra Pasak Bumi?
No. Many years ago it was, but this is no longer the case due to quality issues and dishonest marketing practices that we did not agree with.
