We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada & Australia only.
Dispatch Times
Orders normally ship out 2 days per week on a Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.
E.g if you ordered on a Friday, it would ship out hopefully the following Monday, or Wednesday at the latest (which is 1-3 business days).
A tracking number is emailed to you once available, so please ensure you set poweroftheherb@gmail.com as a safe address in your email settings to avoid it going in the spam folder.
Please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering.
If your order is returned because you entered an incorrect address, or because you missed a delivery and failed to collect or have it re-delivered in time, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost.
Price & Service
Please note that delivery "aims" are not guaranteed by any postal service and may be subject to delays due to busy periods, strikes, severe weather etc.
Delivery by Royal Mail 24 tracked and signed is £4.19.
Delivery aim is 24 hours from dispatch.
USA
Delivery via USPS is $9.99.
Delivery aim is 5-7 days from dispatch.
DHL Air Express
Delivery via DHL Express is $25
Delivery aim is 2-3 days from dispatch but please allow longer.
In remote areas DHL may give the package to USPS.

Canada
Delivery via Canada Post is £8.25
Delivery aim is 5-7 days from dispatch.
Customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
Australia
Delivery via Austrailia Post is £8.25
Delivery aim is 5-7 days from dispatch.
Customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
APO and Military addresses can be delivered by Royal mail & USPS only. DHL cannot deliver to these addresses.
Orders are shipped by World A.B.S' official manufacturing and distribution partner XTR Nutrition in the UK.
As a result your shipping invoice/tracking may say shipped by XTR Nutrition. Airmail is via Royal Mail and is handed over to your local postal service for delivery upon arrival in your country.
Deliverys require a signature.
Due to Covid many couriers will now sign for you and take a photo to prove the delivery was made.
The couriers word is final, if they say it was delivered and have proof, claims of none-delivery will not be accepted by us, you must make a claim against the courier if they say it was delivered.
Safe places are NOT safe!
Some services may offer you the option to leave your order in a so called "safe place" or without a signature, but please be aware that you allow them to do so at your own risk.
If your order goes missing or is stolen you will NOT be entitled to a refund or replacement.
There are package thieves that follow couriers and steal packages that are left, and they mostly operate in rich so called "safe" neighborhoods, as this is where they find the most valuable packages.
IMPORTANT: Sometimes the chosen delivery company or postal service will forget to leave a card if they attempted delivery when you were not home. You should check your tracking to see if a delivery was attempted and not rely on cards.
If you miss a delivery and do not arrange redelivery or collect on time, it may be returned to us and you will be refunded minus shipping, as it is your responsibility to ensure you collect or re-arrange delivery on time. Please do not order if you are going away as there is no guarantee it will be delivered before you leave.
Delays
Please note that delivery aims are not guarantees.
Orders may be delayed for many reasons such as, but not limited to...
Postal issues, postal strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, driver error, road accidents, pandemics, hacks, war etc.
If there are any delays or issues with your delivery it is best to contact your chosen delivery service directly and not us, since sadly we can't ever see anything you can't already see yourself on the tracking page, and therefore are unable to tell you why a delay has occured, where your order is, etc.
Tracking Info
Once your order is shipped an email will be sent to the email address you used when ordering containing the tracking number. It will be also be added to your PayPal account if you used PayPal. Please ensure poweroftheherb@gmail.com is set to safe in your email settings otherwise both your reciept and your tracking info may go in the spam folder.
Tracking numbers will work on both the Royal mail and your home countries sites. DHL delivery if chosen is obviously tracked via the DHL site.
Missing Orders
Order are not classed as missing until 10 days after the expected delivery day has passed (UK) or 30 days (overseas). Once this period of time has passed we can file a claim and either re-send or refund your order.
Returns Policy
No refunds of consumable products are accepted as they cannot be re-sold. Never buy more than 1 bottle of a brand or product you have not tried before, as products can vary wildly between brands and there is no guarantee it will work for you.
