Orders are shipped to the address you enter in the PoweroftheHerb site's checkout, not paypal. Please check your address is correct.
If this is not correct you have 2 hours to email email@example.com with the correct address. After this time it may be processed and may be to late to change. If your order is returned by the shipping company because you entered the wrong address, it will be refunded minus shipping.
USA Prices are $7.99 USD or FREE if you spend over $85 via DHL Express.
UK delivery prices are Â£4.99 GBP or FREE if you spend over Â£65 via DHL Express.
EU delivery prices are Â£18.00 GBP or FREE if you spend over Â£100 via DHL Express.
Canada is $13 USD via Royal mail international which can take 4 weeks, or $20 via DHL Express which is a few days normally. Spend over $150 USD and shipping is FREE via DHL Express.
Delivery & Dispatch Estimated Times
I would say about 95% of orders ship out in 1-2 working days, but please allow up to 3 as a worst case scenario during very busy periods. Please note there is no "same day" shipping offered but it may sometimes happen.
DHL Express is used by default for all countries apart from Canada, and normally takes 1-4 days regardless of which country you live in. It can be longer but it rarely happens unless you live in a rural or remote area in which case sometimes DHL will give the parcel to local postal service.
Royal Mail international, which is only ever used for Canadian orders, and only if the customer chooses it, is slow. It can be 1 week but is often more, with the average being 2 and the longest being 4 and the tracking often not updating until delivered. Canadian orders shipped by Royal mail will be delivered by either GLS or Canada post, we have no control over which as Royal mail control this. Some customers have reported that GLS refuse to deliver and make customers collect in some areas.
Orders may be subject to delays sometimes from severe weather, natural disasters, customs, unforeseen circumstances, driver error, courier delays, road accidents etc etc. This is normal regardless of what you buy or whom you buy it from as there is no such thing as a 100% guaranteed delivery time, couriers are only human after all so please be patient if something like this occurs and check your tracking info daily. Delivery times are estimates only based on the vast majority of orders and are NOT guaranteed due to the above facts.
Customs Duties and Tax Charges
UK, US and EU customers will NOT receive any customs charges due to free EU trade and high US import threshold limits.
All other destinations may receive charges, and the customer must pay these. Failure to do so may result in your order being destroyed without refund or returned. If returned you will be refunded minus shipping.
Places that cannot be Shipped too...
Orders ship to the UK, USA, Canada and most European countries, but do not ship to Germany or Republic of Ireland due to some customs issues.
We can not ship to safe places, & will not accept instructions to leave your package around the back, on the porch, in the bin, etc etc, as all items require a signature upon receipt so cannot be left anywhere.
NEVER ORDER MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE OF ANYTHING YOU HAVE NOT TRIED BEFORE, BECAUSE NOT A SINGLE SUPPLEMENT OR MEDICINE ON THIS PLANET IS GUARANTEED TO WORK FOR EVERYONE AND ALL MAY HAVE SIDE EFFECTS TO SOME DEGREE.
If you change your mind about an order it must be returned within 7 days un-opened and un damaged, with all seals in place at your own expense with proof of postage such as a signature. We can refund the price of the item but we will not refund the shipping costs. Please email before returning anything as you will need a reference number for the warehouse to accept the return, and also to link the return to you. If you do not email first, the return may be returned back to you.
As all of the products for sale are dietary supplements, we do not accept returns for any reason at all once a bottle or pouch has been opened or tampered with, as they cannot be re-sold once opened, they must be destroyed.
Max Order Policy
Max order is 4 bottles per customer.
Orders larger than 4 bottles may be split into separate packages, when you receive the first you must send an email to confirm you received it and are happy, then the next package will be sent. This avoids both fraud and the risk of high value packages going missing.
Once we have shipped your item and provided you with tracking information, you can check your status online. You should receive tracking info once it is shipped.
If an order is late or missing simply contact the courier with your tracking details and they will assist you. It is not possible for us to assist as once the package is in the hands of the courier, they are responsible for it and only they can trace it. Sellers only have access to the exact same tracking details as the customer and cannot see anything they can't. If you don't know where your package is then neither does the seller, so contacting the courier is the easiest and quickest way to find it. Thankfully since using DHL express, no orders have gone missing and very few are delayed.
If an order goes missing and is confirmed as missing by the courier, you will be sent a refund or replacement.
