We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada & Australia only.
Orders are sent to the fulfillment center every evening around 11PM UTC or after, ready for dispatch.
Orders take 1-4 days working days to ship out, not including the day of purchase, weekends or public holidays.
Please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering.
If your order is returned because you entered an incorrect address, or because you missed a delivery and failed to collect or have it re-delivered in time, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost.

Delivery via DHL Express is Â£20
Delivery aim is 2-3 days but please allow longer. In remote areas DHL may give the package to USPS.

Airmail with delivery by Canada Post is Â£8 or Â£4 if you spend over Â£50+.
Delivery aim is 5-7 days but is not guaranteed. Customs charges if any are the buyers responsibility.

APO and Military addresses can be delivered by Royal mail & USPS only. DHL cannot deliver to these addresses.
Orders are shipped by the manufacturer World A.B.S' official distribution partner XTR Nutrition in the UK. As a result your shipping invoice/tracking may say shipped by XTR Nutrition. Airmail is via Royal Mail and is handed over to your local postal service for delivery on arrival in your country.
Delivery requires a signature.
Due to Covid many couriers will now sign for you and take a photo to prove the delivery was made. The couriers word is final, if they say it was delivered and have proof, claims of none-delivery will not be accepted by us, you must make a claim with the courier.
Safe places are not safe!
Some services may offer you the option to leave your order in a so called "safe place" or without a signature, but please be aware that you allow them to do so at your own risk. If your order goes missing or is stolen you will NOT be entitled to a refund or replacement. There are package thieves that follow couriers and steal packages that are left, and they often operate in rich "safe" neighborhoods as this is where they find the most expensive packages.
IMPORTANT: Sometimes the chosen delivery company or postal service will forget to leave a card if they attempted delivery when you were not home. You should check your tracking Online to see if a delivery was attempted and not rely on cards.
If you miss a delivery and do not arrange redelivery or collect on time, it may be returned to us and you will be refunded minus shipping, as it is your responsibility to ensure you collect or re-arrange delivery on time. Please do not order if you are going away as there is no guarantee it will be delivered before you leave.
Orders may sometimes be subject to delays due to postal issues, severe weather, natural disasters, customs, driver error, road accidents, pandemics, war etc. Delivery aims are estimates only and are not ever guaranteed as we have no control over this. If there are delays or issues with your chosen postal service please contact them, as we cannot ever at any time see anything you can't already see yourself on the tracking page and therefore sadly are unable to assist.
Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be added to PayPal and PayPal should email you the link. An email from PoweroftheHerb will also be sent to the email address you used when ordering. Please ensure firstname.lastname@example.org is set to safe or mail may go in your spam folder.
Tracking numbers will work on both the Royal mail and USPS sites. DHL delivery if chosen is obviously tracked via the DHL site.
Unfortunately, at no point at all can we ever see any shipping or tracking details that you can’t already see yourself on the tracking page. If you have a question about your delivery you need to contact the delivery service as only they will be able to help.
No refunds of consumable products are accepted as they cannot be re-sold, so please do not order in bulk unless you are 100% sure it works for you. Never buy more than 1 bottle of a brand or product you have not tried before, as Tongkat Ali can vary wildly between brands, and there is no guarantee it will work for you. Many brands have been proven to be fake, but sometimes may work better than the genuine product due to them containing potentially illegal ingredients.
