Orders are shipped to the address you enter into this site's checkout, please ensure your address is correct. If it is not correct you have until 11pm UTC to email email@example.com with the correct address. If your order is returned because you entered an incorrect address, it will be refunded minus shipping.
Orders are shipped by the manufacturer World A.B.S' official distribution partner XTR Nutrition in the UK. As a result your shipping invoice/tracking may say shipped by XTR Nutrition.
We currently ship to the UK, USA and Canada only.
Price & Service
United Kingdom - delivery is Â£3.99 or FREE if you spend Â£80+ via Royal mail 24 tracked and signed.
USA delivery has 2 options as below...
DHL Air Express is $22 or $11 if you spend over $120. Delivery is generally under 5 days, not including weekends and holidays. In remote areas DHL may give the package to USPS which will increase delivery times. You can manage your delivery with DHL & even download an app to do so HERE.
Airmail - via Royal Mail International with delivery by USPS is $10 or FREE if you spend over $120. The delivery aim is 7 days but in some states it may take longer due to delays caused by Covid-19 and/or severe weather etc.
Canada - delivery is Â£8 GBP or FREE if you spend Â£80+ via Royal mail International tracked & signed with delivery by Canada post, with a delivery aim of 5-7 days. Canadian customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
APO and Military addresses ship via Royal mail & USPS only.
Delivery's require a signature on delivery.
Due to Covid many couriers will now sign for you. Some couriers such as DHL may offer you the option to leave your order in a so called "safe place" or without a signature, but please be aware that you allow them to do so at your own risk. If your order goes missing or is stolen you will NOT be entitled to a refund or replacement if you chose that option. Porches and doorsteps are not safe places! There are nowpackage thieves that follow couriers and steal packages that are left in so called "Safe places" The only safe place is in your hands.
IMPORTANT: Sometimes the chosen delivery company or postal service will forget to leave a card if they attempted delivery when you were not home. You should check your tracking Online to see if a delivery was attempted.
If you miss a delivery and do not arrange redelivery or collect on time, it may be returned to us and you will be refunded minus shipping, as it is your responsibility to ensure you collect or re-arrange delivery on time. Please do not order if you are going away as there is no guarantee it will be delivered before you leave.
Orders are sent to the fulflment center every evening around 11PM UTC or after, ready for them to process the next business day, ready for dispatch within 1-4 business days.
Orders placed after 11PM UTC may not be not sent to the fulfilment company until the following evening, therefore may take an extra day to ship.
Weekends and holidays are not classed as business days, so if you placed your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the fulfilment center won't process it until Monday and it will ship out between Monday and Thursday (1-4 business days)
The above times are estimates based on the majority of orders. 4 days is a worst case scenario but during November and December happens more often due to busy periods.
If an order takes longer than the above times to ship, a full shipping refund will be given if you chose Royal mail or Airmail, and a 50% shipping refund will be given if you chose DHL.
Orders may sometimes be subject to delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, customs, driver error, road accidents, pandemics, zombie apocalypses, alien invasions etc ;) Delivery aims are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be added to PayPal and PayPal should email you the link. An email from PoweroftheHerb will also be sent to the email adress you used when ordering. Please ensure firstname.lastname@example.org is set to safe or mail may go in your spam folder.
Unfortunately, at no point at all can we ever see any shipping or tracking details that you can’t already see yourself on the tracking page. If you have a question about your delivery you need to contact the delivery service as only they will be able to help.
IMPORTANT: Never buy more than 1 bottle of a brand or product you have not tried before, as Tongkat Ali can vary wildly between brands, and there is no guarantee every brand will work for you. Many brands have been proven to be fake, but sometimes may work better than the genuine product due to them containing potentially illegal ingredients. No refunds of consumable products are accepted as they cannot be re-sold, so please do not order in bulk unless you are 100% sure it works for you.
If you change your mind about an order it must be returned within 7 days of receipt undamaged and in the sealed package it was received in, e.g. the box or mail bag must not have been opened or tampered with. It is a good idea to provide proof of postage and delivery such as a signature. Once the return arrives you will then receive a refund for the price of the item but not the shipping costs.
Please email before returning anything as you will need a reference number for the warehouse to accept the return, and also to link the return to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
