Shipping Information

Tongkat Ali and #1 Pro stack is currently shipped from warehouses within the UK, USA and Canada, depending on where you reside. Other products may still ship from the UK but mostly are also stocked and shipped from within the US & Canada, allowing you to avoid customs, charges and waiting times. How cool is that!

Orders generally take 1-3 working days to dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details after 5 days, notify us ASAP.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded, Or by special delivery if you order more than 1 bottle.

USA orders are shipped from within the USA via USPS with delivery confirmation or, for some areas, UPS.

Canada orders ship from within Canada via Canada post or UPS.

European orders ship via Royal Mail Airsure if available or International signed for if not.

Places We Cannot Ship Too

We do not ship to the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Norway, remote areas, the Channel islands, or Germany.

Due to supplement laws #1 Pro stack cannot be shipped to Australia due to Turkesterone being banned in Australia.

Before ordering make sure your country allows the import and purchase of herbal supplements as we cannot be responsible if customs seize an order and you will NOT be refunded if this happens.

Countries outside the EU and USA may be subject to customs charges etc, which the importer is responsible for.

We can not ship to safe places, we will not accept instructions to leave your package around the back, on the porch, etc etc, as all items require a signature upon receipt.

Missing Orders

Any problems with customs or your countries postal service which result in loss or damage must be taken up with them, as such things are beyond our control.

World A.B.S™ products are all sent via recorded signed for mail to avoid any items going missing, however if an item does go missing customers will be refunded in accordance with the terms of the postal provider used after the allotted time given by the postal service. Missing orders are not our responsibility, but replacements can be sent providing the customer is willing to wait for the time given by the postal service.

For example Royal Mail will NOT class any order as missing until 15 WORKING days have passed from the latest due date if you reside in the UK, or 25 working days if outside the UK.

For other countries, please check your main postal companies web site for their terms regarding missing items.

Max Order Policy

To prevent large losses in the rare case that an item goes missing in transit, customers may only order up to $250 or £110 worth of products at a time. If you ignore this rule and order more, the order will be split up in to packages worth up to the above amounts, and then shipped separately. The second part will not be shipped until the first part is received by you, and so on. It is strongly recommended and is also common sense that you should not order large amounts of any product, regardless of what it is or where it is from, until you have tried and know that you like the product first, as consumable items can NOT be returned under any circumstances once opened.

Returns policy

If you change your mind about an order it must be returned within 7 days, un-opened and un damaged with all seals in place at your own expense with proof of postage. We can refund the price of the item but we will not refund the shipping costs.

There is also £5 returns charge, so if you do change your mind you will lose £5 plus the money you paid for shipping the items to and from you, which could be over £15 in total, so please bear this in mind. We suggest you don't order anything unless you are positive you can and will take the supplements.

As all of the products for sale are dietary supplements, we do not accept returns for any reason at all once a bottle or pouch has been opened as they cannot be re-sold once opened.

Packaging

Packaging is discreet, however if you live outside the USA, Canada or UK, a customs label must be attached which may state the contents.
